Delete Your FluenText Account

This page explains how to delete your FluenText account and what happens when you do. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

• Open FluenText and go to Settings (the gear icon).
• Choose Delete Account and confirm.
• Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

You can also delete your account directly from the AI consent screen shown during sign-in.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app (lost device, uninstalled app, changed phone number), email support@fluentext.com with the phone number you used to sign in. We will verify that you control the account and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.

What is deleted

Successful deletion removes your authentication record, user profile, phone-to-user mapping, consent record, usage and statistics data, and your active one-to-one and private-coach cloud chats.

What may be retained

Some data is outside the deletion function's reach or is retained for limited purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy:

• messages already delivered to another user's device;
• shared group messages and metadata that remaining group members still need;
• reports, feedback, or records retained for safety, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution;
• AI cache entries not keyed to your account, until their scheduled expiration;
• information retained by Google, Apple, or another recipient under its own terms or legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through your Apple account settings (App Store purchases) or your Google Play account settings (Google Play purchases) before or after deleting your account.
